The Logo
Creating the logo began by looking at what Culture Map represented, and how they needed to be positioned in the market. We wanted to incorporate design elements that represented the diligence and attention to detail they employed during the recruitment journey. Wanting to visually capture the ‘road map’ between candidate and client, and the cultural alignment that connects these parties together.

Clients want: An outstanding person who’s not only great at what they bring to the table, but just as importantly, fits well within the culture of the company. This ensures role longevity.
Turquoise ... as a personality colour represents friendliness and approachability. Easy to communicate with, its refreshing, calming and associated with sophistication, energy, wisdom, creativity, emotional balance and loyalty.
The Candidate: The candidate signafier is placed at the bottom corner of the icon.
Representing: Reaching up, looking for a great company... ready to propel forward and provide great focus, skill and commitment to the right organisation. To be a team player.
Candidates want: A rewarding job in a great company that is progressive, providing future opportunities for growth and development.
Blue ... as a personality colour relating to one-to-one communication, speaking the truth through verbal self-expression. It's associated with honesty, truth, worthiness, loyalty, confidence, intelligence, depth and reliability.
